We're building AgentPress — a open-source platform to build, host, monitor, and train AI agents.

The open-source repo (Suna) already has over 10K GitHub stars. Now we're taking it further: full modularity, rock-solid developer experience, and production-grade backend and frontend. We're building the infra layer for how people will create and manage agents — and we need a top-tier engineer to help push it over the line.

What We're Looking For

We're hiring a full-stack engineer who's built and shipped real products, end to end. You're not just plugging into features — you've owned projects and know what it means to build something from zero to one.

Core Requirements:

• Next.js + TypeScript — strong experience building full UI flows that are fast, clean, and well-structured
• Python + FastAPI — must be confident building and scaling backend services with this stack
• You've shipped entire products yourself: frontend, backend, deployment, monitoring, etc.
• Strong sense of product thinking — you know what matters, and how to make something feel coherent
• A principled engineer — you seek the simplest, most elegant solution that scales
• Thinks in frameworks and systems — you build SDKs, internal tools, or modular APIs with reusability in mind
• You have experience with Docker, Redis, and cloud deployments — and can wire up a solid infra layer
• Strong intuition for developer experience — everything you build should be clean to use, easy to extend, and designed with future contributors in mind
• You've worked with (or want to work with) AI agents / LLM-powered systems — not just calling OpenAI APIs, but actually using LLMs as building blocks for adaptive software
• You understand what modularity really means — not just components, but systems designed for change and composition
• You've built your own projects, startups, or tools — not just followed specs on Jira tickets

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• You closely follow AI/infra/dev trends and discussions (Twitter, GitHub, open-source scene)
• You've contributed to OSS or built something other developers use
• You're familiar with state-of-the-art agent frameworks or toolchains
